The first chapter of Unravel Two is more or less a tutorial area for the game where you learn how to control both Yarnys and what they are able to do. Once you become friends, this is where those bonds of friendship become tested in Unravel Two.Īfter this brief encounter the game opens up to test your puzzle platforms skills.
Who is it? Well, its another friend known as a “Yarny” who looks very similar to yourself. You begin to search your surroundings and then discover another being when you awaken. The story of Unravel Two soon begins upon washing ashore in a mysterious place. Just like its inspiration, you’ll skate around a sprawling metropolis, pulling tricks and spraying tags while avoiding the cops. The game was originally revealed by Team Reptile last summer. They’ll join the previously-showcased roller blades, wall running and rocket powered boots as options for you to pull off your funky fresh moves with around the city. In addition, the team revealed that you’ll also be able to traverse via skateboard. It won’t be exclusive for too long, however-the game’s newest trailer description reveals “other platforms follow about a week later.”
The studio made the reveal during last night’s Nintendo Indie World Showcase, where it also said the game will be a timed console exclusive on Nintendo Switch. Spiritual Jet Set Radio successor Bomb Rush Cyberfunk is coming to the Nintendo Switch, developer Team Reptile has announced.
